Shared calendars
Rehearsals, gigs and studio time per calendar, with Going / Maybe answers. Everything you say yes to lands in your own calendar.
Artisocia keeps your band’s calendar, chat, files and songs in one place, and lets you book rooms straight from the studios and venues you already use. Free for artists and groups.
One place for who’s coming, where to be, what to play and where the files went. Everyone gets a role, so the drummer’s cousin who does your lights sees just what he needs.

Suggest a few times, everyone ticks what suits them, and the best one becomes an event.
A #general for the whole band, a #tour-crew for the people who carry things, and booking threads with the venue.
Riders, stage plots and demos in shared folders. Share a single folder with the sound tech, not the whole band.
Lyrics with chords, edited together live. Transpose for yourself without changing it for anyone else.
Give a session player or photographer one event, folder or chat. They never see the rest.
Show when your rooms are free. Bands send a request, you approve, decline or suggest another time, and the booking lands in everyone’s calendar.
Mark a gig as public and it shows on your band page, the venue’s page and the profiles of everyone playing. Ticket links go straight to your ticket seller. Share it anywhere with a card that looks good.
Venues and studios pay, because they earn from bookings. Everyone in the pilot uses it free, and venues get 30 days of Pro when we launch.
Prices are set before launch. Prices exclude VAT. Venues on the pilot pay by invoice (EHF or PDF); card and Vipps come later. Bigger setups: talk to us.
Something else? Write to us from the pilot form below and a real person answers.
Yes. Artists, bands and other groups use everything for free: calendars, chat, files, songs and the public page. Venues, studios and agencies pay a monthly plan because they run a business on it. There are no ads, and we don’t sell data.
We’re letting in bands, ensembles, studios and venues in small groups, starting in Oslo and Bergen. Tell us who you are and we’ll send an invite.
